Rental Policies
- Seven (7) night minimum stay required during holiday periods (Christmas/Easter) and high season (November through May).
- Five (5) night minimum stay during all other times
- All recreation items MUST be returned to storage on day of utilization. This is a condition of their use.
Seasonal Pricing
Casa Sirena offers three tiers of prices, depending upon the season.
High Season: November 1 to April 30: Regular nightly rate, $250.00 USD per night
Shoulder Seasons: May 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024 and September 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024: 30% discount, being $175.00 USD per night
Melting Hot Season: July 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024: 50% discount, being $125.00 USD per night
Deposit and balance
- 50% deposit is required to secure reservation
- Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival
- Application form must be completed, signed and returned
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Pay with Credit Card or PayPal
If you wish to make your initial deposit, or final payment, by credit card or PayPal, no problem! Simply click the Pay Now button below, and you will be directed to the secure PayPal website. There, enter the amount you wish to pay where it states "Item price" (keeping in mind that a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation), type in your last name or reservation dates where it says "Enter description", and click Update. You can then pay using either your PayPal account (if you have one), or with any major credit card.
Note: Casa Sirena does not receive nor collect any personal or credit card information. The information you provide is provided only to PayPal through their website, and is not shared in any fashion with Casa Sirena.
You will receive a receipt and confirmation number from PayPal by email for your payment, and we will also notify you immediately upon receipt of your payment.
